Refund & Return Policy

Overview

All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take full responsibility for any items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will offer a free replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Packages that go unclaimed and are returned may require additional payment for reshipping.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

As all items are custom-made, returns for these reasons cannot be processed.


EU Consumer Rights

In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, unless the item is defective.
