Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will go into production before being shipped.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times depend on your location:

  • Netherlands & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or carrier issues.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect shipping information


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The package may be returned

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local postal service

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
